Position: Retail and Pharmacy Practice Reviewer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$65/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI work product in retail and pharmacy fields to ensure task realism and accuracy.
• Review domain content for consistency with industry standards, figures, and regulations.
• Assess grading accuracy by comparing AI grader's scores with your own evaluations.
• Provide feedback on the defensibility of scores and the usability of AI-generated work.
• Work independently to audit tasks without performing or redoing the agent's work.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Pharmacists: Active US pharmacist license, 4+ years in community or retail practice.
• Private Detectives and Investigators: Licensed as required, 4+ years in casework.
• General and Operations Managers: 5+ years managing store or multi-site P&L.
• First-Line Supervisors of Retail Sales Workers: 4+ years supervising sales floors.
• Near-native business English proficiency.
• Comfort with spreadsheets or PDFs for data reconciliation.
