Senior Medical Science Liaison

A growing biotech organization is seeking an experienced Senior MSL to join its U.S. Medical Affairs team. This field-based role focuses on engaging with healthcare leaders and driving scientific dialogue to support a high-impact product in the cardiovascular space. Ideal candidates will bring deep therapeutic area expertise and a track record of success in field medical affairs roles. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and manage scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals across the assigned territory Act as the primary field-based scientific resource, responding to medical inquiries and delivering high-quality clinical insights Represent the organization at scientific and medical events such as congresses, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and symposia Partner cross-functionally to support launch initiatives, strategic planning, and internal training programs Present clinical and health outcomes data to HCPs, ensuring the information is delivered in a clear, relevant, and impactful way Identify and support opportunities for investigator-sponsored research and contribute to clinical trial site engagement as needed Monitor therapeutic trends and competitor activity; communicate field insights to internal teams to inform strategic decisions Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and ethical standards Qualifications PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent required 3+ years of MSL experience (ideally in cardiology, nephrology, or endocrinology but open for right candidate) Launch and/or prelaunch experience highly desired Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific data into practical insights Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
