Talent Acquisition Manager (M/W/D)

Talent Acquisition Manager (M/W/D) Aufgaben Beratung von Fachbereichen und Hiring Managern bei strategischen und anspruchsvollen Rekrutierungsvorhaben. Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Recruiting- und Sourcing-Strategien für definierte Einstellungsprojekte. Analyse des Arbeitsmarktes sowie Erstellung von Talent- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Unterstützung von Einstellungsentscheidungen. Identifikation und Ansprache geeigneter Kandidaten über verschiedene Sourcing-Kanäle. Beratung der Stakeholder hinsichtlich Kandidatenverfügbarkeit, Marktgegebenheiten und Recruiting-Strategien. Erstellung von Talentpools für kritische oder schwer zu besetzende Positionen. Bewertung von Kandidatenprofilen und Bereitstellung fundierter Markteinschätzungen. Unterstützung strategischer Recruiting-Initiativen innerhalb eines internationalen Unternehmensumfelds. Abstimmung und Steuerung definierter Recruiting-Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stakeholdern. Qualifikation Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Talent Acquisition, Recruiting oder Executive Search, idealerweise im Pharma-, Biotechnologie- oder Life-Sciences-Umfeld. Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Sourcing-Strategien. Sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Active-Sourcing-Kanälen und Recruiting-Plattformen. Ausgeprägte Marktkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Beratung von Hiring Managern und Fachbereichen. Strukturierte, eigenständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Präsenz an einem Standort in Süddeutschland.
