Ideal candidates will have:

• Professional registration: Registered as a psychologist, social worker, or counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience.
• Counselling expertise: Proven ability in short-term counselling.
• Clinical skills: Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger.
• Communication experience: Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling.
• Organizational skills: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical proficiency: Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).

Please note: As a contractor, you must hold or be willing to obtain an A.C.N business registration; A.B.N will be considered on an individual basis.
