A2I Enterprise is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing sales team in Tyler, TX. We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for rapid career advancement. No previous sales experience is required —we're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Represent nationally recognized telecommunications solutions to business customers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Educate customers on products, promotions, and service options.
- Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face sales and outreach.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Reliable transportation.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
