Employment Type: W2 Contract then after full time (CTH)







Interview Process: Two rounds via Zoom; an onsite discussion may be included.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on Python development experience.

• RASA Conversational AI framework.

• Exposure to agentic AI systems and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.

• Knowledge of JSON-RPC protocols.
  
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).

• LangChain and LangGraph.

• Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.

Role Overview: The candidate will develop and deploy conversational AI solutions, build multi-agent workflows, integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, and troubleshoot agent-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conversational agents using RASA.

• Build and integrate multi-agent systems using A2A communication.

• Design NLU pipelines, dialogue management workflows, and custom actions.

• Integrate conversational bots with external APIs and enterprise systems.

• Support scalable agent development using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph.
  
  
  
  

Important: Strong Python and RASA experience are essential. Java experience is a significant plus.
