Construction manager

job summary:
Construction Management professionals needed in Conshohocken PA or Morristown NJ for a leading Engineering and Construction Project. Focused on a portfolio of construction projects spanning the Northeast, you will work with a team of experts to manage the scope, schedule and budget of large utility projects. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and have a bachelors degree in a related field.

responsibilities:

• responsible for supporting Senior Project Managers with cost management of individual projects, the successful completion of the projects within the specified dates, and establishing and maintaining a professional and satisfactory relationship with the Owner, subcontractors, and any other project stakeholders.

• Vet the initial scope received and develop a project work plan with Engineering & Client Stakeholders
  
  
  
• Facilitate Pre-Construction and regular progress meetings

• Drive schedule and project progress during construction, oftentimes on-site

• Complete pre-energization & closeout activities during project completion.
