The Club Events Manager is a hands-on hospitality and events professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the full member programming calendar across KAC. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a luxury club, hotel, members’ club, private event, or premium hospitality environment who understands how to create polished experiences that feel intentional, seamless, and on-brand. The Club Events Manager works cross-functionally with department heads, reports directly to the GM, and plays an active role in both planning and onsite execution.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute member programming across the club.
• Build a balanced weekly, monthly, and seasonal programming calendar.
• Create programming across all club amenities, including tennis, pickleball, basketball, swim, fitness, spa/recovery, kids/family, social/lounge, and dining.
• Develop recurring programs, one-time events, seasonal activations, clinics, leagues, tournaments, holiday events, and new-member introduction events.
• Coordinate café and food-and-beverage related programming with the broader club calendar.
• Partner with department heads to align programming with operational needs, member demand, and space availability.
• Own event setup, breakdown, and onsite execution with a strong eye for detail and service.
• Write and send programming announcements and member communications.
• Track attendance, participation, member feedback, and program performance.
• Recommend which programs should continue, expand, evolve, or be discontinued based on member response and operational value.

The ideal candidate can design experiences that appeal to families, adults, youth, and social members while maintaining a luxury hospitality standard. This role should help ensure there is always something compelling happening across the club, with special attention to programming that drives engagement, elevates the member experience, and maximizes use of the club’s amenities. Candidates with experience creating curated calendars in hotels, private clubs, or lifestyle hospitality settings are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Serve as a community-minded, hospitality-driven planner and operator.
• Work closely with department heads to create programs that fit the rhythm, standards, and culture of the club.
• Be highly organized, proactive, and visible onsite during programs and events.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with the GM.
• Maintain a high standard of execution before, during, and after every event.
• Bring a calm, polished, guest-facing presence consistent with luxury hospitality expectations.

This role supports clinics, leagues, tournaments, social mixers, themed events, holiday programming, new-member events, and wellness events. The Club Events Manager will also help coordinate outside instructors, coaches, performers, and vendors with support from the GM. Experience managing logistics, timelines, service standards, and live event flow in a hotel, private club, or premium venue is especially valuable.

The Club Events Manager reports directly to the GM and works cross-functionally with department heads across the club. This is a coordinator and planner role with onsite execution responsibilities, not a department-head role.

This is a full-time role that includes daytime and evening hours, plus weekends as needed. The Club Events Manager is expected to be onsite for events and programming and should be comfortable working in a live hospitality environment where flexibility, responsiveness, and professional polish matter.

• Experience in hospitality, private club, luxury hotel, premium lifestyle, event, or member services environments.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and onsite during events.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a polished, guest-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders at once.
• Prior member programming experience is welcome, but strong execution, service instincts, and luxury hospitality judgment are essential.
