What we’re seeking:

• Valid Delaware Physical Therapist license
• Experience in school-based physical therapy or pediatric therapy preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, individualized care to students in both school and home settings
• Flexibility to work with a fluctuating caseload throughout the academic year
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, eager to work with multidisciplinary teams

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students at assigned school sites and in-home settings as needed
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress
• Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Travel between sites and students’ homes within the district as assignments require
• Support students’ ability to participate fully in their educational programs by addressing mobility, motor skills, and adaptive needs
