Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Platform, Azure, and C#/.NET . The successful candidate will be responsible for architecture, solution design, development, integrations, platform engineering, DevOps automation, and production support for enterprise-level Dynamics applications. The role will focus on building a secure, resilient, scalable, and highly observable Dynamics platform while partnering with business-aligned squads to provide solution guidance, code/configuration reviews, reusable tools, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.

• Define solution architecture, technical designs, integration patterns, and development approaches for Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform .

• Build Dynamics functionality iteratively following Agile development and engineering best practices .

• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, plugins, customizations, and integrations .

• Implement comprehensive unit, integration, functional, regression, and performance testing .

• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external/on-premises systems using:

  • Azure Service Bus

  • Azure Data Factory

  • Azure Logic Apps

  • Azure SQL

  • Data migration tools and capabilities

• Support AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics 365.

• Contribute to core platform engineering initiatives involving security, resiliency, scalability, observability, upgrades, and data integration .

• Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Power Platform Engineering, Networking, and Exchange/Email teams to maintain a stable and sustainable platform.

• Review code, configurations, and technical solutions to ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Develop reusable common tools, functions, frameworks, and automation to support engineering teams at scale.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using GitHub Actions .

• Support application releases, deployments, upgrades, and provide post-production support and troubleshooting .

• Identify technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Communicate technical solutions and recommendations effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service .

• Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics plugins, and Power Platform architecture/design .

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services , including:

  • Azure Data Factory

  • Azure Service Bus

  • Azure SQL

  • Azure Logic Apps

  • Azure Key Vault

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio .

• Strong development experience with C# / .NET .

• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation .

• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, security, scalability, and resiliency .

• Experience with Agile and iterative software development methodologies .

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to exercise sound technical judgment and make effective engineering decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure .

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and best practices .

• Experience managing the full application testing lifecycle, including:

  • Functional Testing

  • Regression Testing

  • Performance Testing

  • Integration Testing

  • User Acceptance Testing

• Experience with application delivery and release management.

• Comfortable interacting directly with business users, product owners, and stakeholders at all levels .

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
