Location: Montreal, QC

Fulltime FTE - Permanent

Travel: Approximately 80% travel across Quebec

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Rollout/Implementation Specialist to support pharmacy store teams across Quebec during the transition to a new application. This role will provide hands-on implementation support, user training, application validation, and issue troubleshooting to ensure successful application deployment at each location.

The successful candidate will collaborate with operations leaders, business teams, and technical support teams to ensure a smooth and efficient rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on implementation and rollout support at pharmacy store locations across Quebec.
• Train and support end users during the application transition.
• Validate application workflows and ensure users are fully operational before and after go-live.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical/support teams for resolution.
• Work closely with operations leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Document implementation activities, issues, validation results, and processes accurately.
• Adapt quickly to changing rollout schedules and store conversion requirements.
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with project and support teams.
• Travel extensively across Quebec, approximately 80% of the time , to support store implementations.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules based on store conversion timelines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent bilingual proficiency in French and English mandatory.
• Valid driver's license mandatory.
• Ability and willingness to drive frequently to pharmacy/store locations across Quebec .
• Own or have reliable access to a vehicle, including the ability to rent a vehicle when required.
• Strong training and end-user support experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced rollout/implementation environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules.
• Preferably located in the Montreal area .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment .
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems such as Kroll .
• Previous experience supporting software/application implementations, rollouts, migrations, or store conversions.

Candidate Screening Mandatory

3. Travel: Willing and able to drive extensively across Quebec.
4. Vehicle: Owns, has access to, or is willing to rent a reliable vehicle.
5. Location: Preferably based in or around Montreal.
6. Current Employment: Must not currently be an employee of PharmaPrix.
7. Schedule Flexibility: Available for evening/weekend work based on rollout requirements.
