Director, Supply Chain Engineering

The Director of Supply Chain Data Systems is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, architecture, and engineering of the data platforms, systems, and digital capabilities that power Supply Chain Operations. This leader will transform operational, manufacturing, product, and supply chain data into scalable engineering solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.This role oversees the development of data systems supporting manufacturing operations, yield management, product genealogy, quality, inventory, supplier performance, and data center hardware lifecycle management. Manufacturing Data SystemsDevelop platforms that capture, manage, and analyze manufacturing yield, process performance, and operational metrics. Build systems that enable real-time visibility into factory performance, product quality, and manufacturing health. Enable predictive analytics for manufacturing efficiency and capacity planning. Ensure data integrity across engineering, manufacturing, and operational systems. QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related technical discipline. Master's degree preferred. Experience12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, or data platform development. 7+ years leading engineering organizations. Experience delivering enterprise-scale software platforms supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations. Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation initiatives. Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing operations. Experience with hardware supply chains and data center infrastructure. Knowledge of manufacturing yield analysis and operational metrics.
