Supply Chain Program AnalystWe are currently seeking a Supply Chain Program Analyst. The purpose of this role is to oversee all supply chain activities relating to new vehicle programs and launches.You Will:Support program management activities for new vehicle programs and launchesDevelop and track KPIs relating to sourcing, vendor tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launchManage part availability for all prototype build phasesSupport new vehicle program launches, focusing on time, cost, and quality attributesLead formal reporting across all Supply Chain functions, providing analysis, coordination, and implementationWork cross-functionally with direct procurement, engineering, central PMO, supplier quality, manufacturing, and logistics teamsYou Bring:1-2+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in a technical, supply chain, business, or finance disciplineOpen-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projectsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hands-on executionStrong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices, and deliver optimal resultsStrong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilitiesProficient in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, SmartsheetsAbility to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectivelyBenefits Summary:Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
