Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of data entry, customs brokerage, logistics, or administrative experience
• Stable work history with a polished and professional background
• Strong computer and document management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prepare timely and accurate entry declarations
• Open and maintain files as required
• Monitor entry releases and government agency releases, including FDA and PGA entries
• Scan, index, and maintain documents within the imaging system
• Ensure proper handling of entry documentation requirements
• Process accurate and timely billing and send invoices to clients as needed
• Coordinate turnover to dispatch when required
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate ideas to leadership
• Maintain accurate records and meet daily performance goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial.
• Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as a Data Entry Clerk.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
• Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
