Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within an assigned territory. This role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with HVAC contractors, presenting product solutions, and conducting regular site and customer visits to understand project needs. The Territory Sales Manager will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborate with branch and corporate teams on pricing and promotions, and provide customer support to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring territory performance, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and identifying new business opportunities. The role may involve coordinating and delivering product and HVAC-related training sessions to customers, representing Insco at industry events, and upholding company standards for safety, ethics, and service. Qualifications Candidates should possess minimum of 5 yrs experience in strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and closing techniques. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and effective negotiation with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess Training skills, with the ability to explain product features and benefits and support customer learning in group or one-on-one settings. Relevant experience in HVAC, building materials, or industrial distribution sales is highly beneficial. Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage travel within the territory, and meet or exceed sales targets. Comfort with basic CRM tools, AI integration, report preparation, and use of standard office software. Valid driver's license and ability to visit customer locations regularly; high school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
