If going the extra mile doesn’t make you sweat, let’s talk business together.Colorado residents: Typical pay for this position is $23-$26 per hour depending on experience.Organize daily tasks by checking the status of service orders, scheduling customer installations, performing account provisioning and phone portingDevelop and maintain knowledge of latest best practices and ALLO deployments to best support our customers.Handle incoming calls from customers and technicians, while also making outbound calls to coordinate installations and site surveys.Collaborate closely with internal provisioning and installation teams, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure seamless business installations from start to finish.Exceed customer expectations by delivering passionate and exceptional service.Multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities and maintain a high level of productivity.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent.Post-Secondary education strongly preferred.At least 3 years of previous customer service experience1-2 years of experience in a role involving light project management or project coordination, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.Has experience and knowledge of Telecom, networking, MSP and/or security industry.Advanced computer skillsAbility to learn new concepts quickly and solve problems logically.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Self-directed and able to handle confidential information.Be technical in nature, having an interest in all aspects of telecommunications.Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement.WORKING CONDITIONS:In office with travel to ALLO markets as neededREQUIREMENTS:Raise objects up to 25 lbs.Remain stationary for extended periodsAbility to communicate informationAbility to operate a computerPossess/maintain Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)Travel requirementPeople are our passion.
