Customer Service Representative

Smylie One is growing and looking to add to our Customer Service Team. Do you take pride in providing a Top-Notch Customer Experience? As a CSR at Smylie One, you will provide exceptional service to our customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Duties may include but not limited to: Answering incoming phone calls Scheduling appointments Outbound calling to existing customers (No Cold Calling!)
