Logistics & Team Support Specialist - External Manufacturing

Eurofins seeks a Logistics & Team Support Specialist to coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and provide administrative support across their external manufacturing and CDMO operations in Boston. The role focuses on scheduling, formatting reports, tracking contracts and budgets, and supporting onboarding for new manufacturing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate recurring CDMO meetings across multiple companies and time zones
• Capture, format, and distribute meeting minutes and governance documentation
• Format scorecards, dashboards, and presentation materials for team and leadership meetings
• Track Statement of Work progress, purchase orders, and budget consumption across engagements
• Support onboarding logistics for new CDMO partnerships and flex across teams as priorities shift

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science-related field with 1-2 years project coordination or program management experience
• Strong organizational and written communication skills for meeting coordination
• Experience supporting cross-functional or cross-company teams in pharma/biotech or regulated industries
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and/or Smartsheet
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt to changing organizational needs
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship requirement

Compensation: $31.50-$41.00 per hour based on education and industry experience
