Production Support Lead - JAVA/SQL/AWS

Provide performance improvement and optimization measuresOperational guidelines, standards, policies and procedures, Solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines. Participating in discussions on production support aspects with IT stake holders. Provide technical direction/mentoring for production support team regarding batch jobs/cycles and troubleshooting issues. Provide regular status reports to management on application status and other metrics.Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues and handle/manage emergency incident management process and communication management at all levels, key stake holders and prod support teams. Report promptly to management and key stake holders regarding critical outages until resolution.Monitor/track all implementation issues and generate short-term resolution, as well as long term preventive measures.Participate in design discussions and provide innovative solutions.QUALIFICATIONS8+ years of strong experience working with Java/J2EEResource must be having experience or needs to be willing to work in Production environment5+ Experience in AWS environment5+ years of experience with SQLVery Strong communication skills.Ability to work with the usersThorough understanding of the SDLC: planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, problem resolutionEducation : Bachelor in Technology – Computer ScienceThis is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA.
