About the Role

The Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. The Board plays a crucial role in the organization's governance, strategic planning, and fundraising efforts. Members are expected to be passionate ambassadors for the mission, which is centered on the upstream prevention of homelessness. While New York City residency is not required, members are expected to be familiar with the organization's work, serve on at least one Board committee, and contribute to the annual fundraising commitment.
