Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations and construction activities

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved

- Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures

- Review construction documents, plans, specifications, and shop drawings

- Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates

- Identify and resolve field issues to minimize project delays

- Monitor labor productivity, equipment utilization, and site logistics

- Maintain project documentation, reports, and required records

- Collaborate with project management to support successful project delivery

Qualifications: 
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, field operations leadership, or project execution within commercial, industrial, institutional, or related construction environments.

- Comprehensive knowledge of construction means and methods, project scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, quality control, cost management, and jobsite safety requirements.

- Proven ability to lead field teams, coordinate multiple trades, and effectively manage complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to build productive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to evaluate project challenges, identify solutions, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with construction management software platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent combinations of education, technical training, and relevant industry experience will be considered.

- Strong understanding of construction contracts, specifications, drawings, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
