Labor Relations Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Managing union administration and fostering positive labor relations, the full-time Labor Relations Specialist will oversee collective bargaining agreements, support Service Contract Act requirements, and collaborate with union representatives to address grievances and compliance issues. Key responsibilities Interpret collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and ensure compliance with their terms Support labor category mapping and review Department of Labor wage determinations related to government contracts Manage labor grievances and serve as the main point of contact for union dues and related reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, labor relations, or related fields Knowledge of Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements and federal/state labor laws Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with collective bargaining and HR practices
