High-Reach Forklift Operator – Denton, TX 76207 Pay: $19.00–$19.50 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-hire Location: Denton, TX 76207 Schedule: Sunday–Thursday with overtime as needed Available Openings 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $19.00/hr | 3 Openings 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–10:00 PM | $19.00/hr | 3 Openings 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM–6:00 AM | $19.50/hr | 3 Openings Job Description We are currently hiring experienced High-Reach Forklift Operators for a busy cold-storage facility in Denton, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for overtime. Responsibilities & Requirements Operate a stand-up high-reach forklift safely and efficiently Move, load, unload, and store products throughout the warehouse Retrieve and place products in warehouse racking Follow all warehouse and safety procedures Maintain a safe and organized work area Must have at least 3–4 months of recent stand-up high-reach forklift experience 1+ year of forklift experience is a plus Previous experience in a cold-storage warehouse environment is strongly preferred Must be dependable and have reliable transportation Must be available for overtime when needed Candidates will be certified on the forklift at the facility Important – Cold Environment Candidates must be comfortable working in cold temperatures. The facility ranges from approximately 38°ree;F to as low as -15°ree;F in freezer areas. The cold working environment will be clearly explained before confirming candidates for the position. Applicants should only accept the position if they are comfortable working in these temperatures. Paid Orientation Orientation is paid as long as the employee returns for their first actual day of work or stays and works that same day.
