Packaging AssociateOur client, a Innovative Products And Diverse Power Solutions company, is looking for a Packaging Associate for their Menomonee Falls, WI location.Responsibilities:Performs all tasks necessary for Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Kit to Order and/or Kit to Stock processes, processes EWM orders of finished inventory (KtO existing) for outbound warehouse tasks, and EWM pack stations; while maintaining required productivity levels.Performs cycle counts using mobile data entry equipmentEnters required information into computerPerforms a variety of functions on various benches, lines, and stationsRetrieves, packages, labels, and verifies parts; workstation setups; returns product to stock, back flushes transactions, and operates/monitors various equipment related to product packagingPerforms quality checks to insure parts are meeting quality criteriaPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:Ability to use computers and/or mobile collection devicesSelf motivated, dependable reliableAbility to work independently and with othersGood interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or locationHigh School diplomaGeneral Education DegreePrevious packaging experience preferredWhy Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
