Accounting Specialist

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, is comfortable managing multiple bank accounts and online bank portals, and has strong attention to detail when handling financial transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage and reconcile transactions across multiple bank accounts and online banking portals. Monitor and maintain client trust account activity. Process client retainer deposits, settlement funds, disbursements, and related transactions. Track and reconcile trust account balances to ensure accurate client records. Review banking activity and research discrepancies or outstanding items. Maintain petty cash and other assigned accounting records. Perform general bookkeeping and accounting functions. Prepare account reconciliations and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate financial records and follow established accounting and compliance procedures. Assist with financial reporting and other accounting projects as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or trust accounting experience. Hands-on experience managing multiple bank accounts. Experience working directly with online banking portals / bank portals. Strong reconciliation and transaction-processing skills. Law firm or legal accounting experience. Experience with trust, IOLTA, escrow, retainer, or client funds. Understanding of trust account reconciliation and compliance requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
