Responsibilities Provide management oversight for ongoing projects: technical, budgetary, and personnel Lead safety efforts and promote safe working practices on-site Perform site visits to address technical issues as needed Ensure client expectations are met by responding promptly to communications Maintain communication with internal teams including engineers, administrative staff, and executives Review field and lab reports daily to ensure timely data processing Assist in preparing proposals for new projects Monitor and maintain reports related to proposal activities Mentor junior project managers and field personnel to enhance team capabilities and support professional development Report irregularities to engineers and supervisors Enforce all regulatory and safety standards within the team Anticipate personnel and equipment needs for future project completion Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction Management) or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a CMT Project Manager Preferred: Accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness in project results Ability to interpret plans, specifications, safety rules, and procedures Willingness to assist in field testing if needed Valid Texas Driver’s License with a safe driving record Punctuality, reliability, and dependability Ability to lift, carry, push up to 40+ pounds regularly Pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management and Information Technology Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at UES by 2x.
