Job Summary Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Security team member to guard, patrol, and monitor venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions. If these qualities describe you, please read on. What This Role Will Do Circulate among guests and employees to preserve safety, order, and protect venue property. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, unauthorized presence, or unusual occurrences. Patrol premises to prevent and detect intrusions and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Escort or drive the vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or provide personal protection. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited items into restricted areas. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators from premises. Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry, answer questions, assist with locating seats, and examine tickets for entry to various seat levels during the event. Assist in keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable to guests. Resolve guest complaints or problems. Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity. Assist guests with special needs such as seat accommodations. Show care by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show. Guide guests to exits or provide instructions during emergency. Assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas. Participate in venue sustainability program, including waste sorting and educating fans. Partner with fellow band members post‑show to close the venue, collecting recyclables, and handling event equipment. Assist patrons by giving directions inside or outside the venue. Ensure guests safely enjoy the show. Perform additional tasks as requested by management. What This Person Will Bring High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred; Guard Card a plus. Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures. Ability to perform duties professionally and make independent sound judgments within policy and procedures. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy. Strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs. Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs. or more, and occasional sitting.
