About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its legal team. The successful candidate will be a true generalist with a focus on transactional work, including strong contract drafting capabilities and experience in EPC contracting. This role is highly collaborative and requires the ability to partner with business units across the enterprise. The Senior Counsel will have meaningful exposure to senior leadership and be hands-on involved in all aspects of corporate operations. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. and be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia, with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a medium-to-large law firm setting. Key responsibilities for the Senior Counsel include providing legal support for a diverse portfolio of resources, ensuring the company's operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and offering strategic legal advice to the business. The role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A strong educational background and a proven track record of legal expertise are essential for this position.
