Our Sturgeon Bay team is looking for a Dental Assistant who thrives in a patient-focused environment , enjoys working side-by-side with a collaborative clinical team, and takes pride in helping deliver exceptional care. Schedule (days/hours)

Monday 8-5, Tues. 8-6, Wed. 7-4, Thurs. 8-6, Fri. 8-5
Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Willing to train
• CPR
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$22-$25/hour Offering $1500 Sign on Bonus
