Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable 2nd Assistant Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at our Sturgeon Bay location. The ideal candidate will support the management team in daily operations, help maintain high standards of customer service, and assist in supervising staff to ensure smooth and efficient business performance. Location 657, Sturgeon Bay, WI, 54235 Key Responsibilities Assist the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. Support and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. Help manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to maintain store appearance and product availability. Assist in training, coaching, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards. Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational objectives. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous retail or management experience preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
