DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Read architectural floor plans and door/hardware schedules. Flexibly transfer between multiple projects as needed. Quickly learn construction processes and establish effective working relationships with management, co‑workers, and customers. Proficiently install all doors and mechanical hardware (exit devices, closers, mortise locks, mullions, etc.). Install wood frames and electrified hardware. Demonstrate expert knowledge of major manufacturers (Assa, Allegion, Dorma Kaba, Stanley/Best) and their applications. Lead and carry out installation of minor door and hardware tasks. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Communicate and understand detailed instructions. QUALIFICATIONS Stand for extended periods and lift up to 80 lbs. Work in various weather conditions. Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and team members. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co‑workers, and customers.
