Ifyou'repassionate about innovation, building new customer relationships, and driving business growth,we'dlove to hear from you.Your Title:Senior Marketing ManagerYour Location:New York, NYYou Will Report To:Head of Marketing, FF NOAMResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, brands, and customers across North America.Partner with Sales to develop strategic account growth plans that build new businessacquisitions.Create commercial marketing programs that support customer engagement and long-term growth.Develop scalable marketing platforms and programs that can be used across multiple customer segments.Translate Givaudan's capabilities into compelling customer presentations, value propositions, and strategic pitch materials.Transform consumer insights, market intelligence, and industry trends into relevant business opportunities.Support customer meetings, innovation sessions, fragrance presentations, and business development activities.Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Consumer Insights, Fragrance Development, and Innovation teams.Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure successful execution of strategic growth initiatives.Contribute to new ways of working by bringing creativity, agility, and continuous improvement to commercial marketing efforts.Your Professional Profile IncludesBachelor's degree in Marketingora relatedfield.8+ years of experience in the fragrance, beauty, consumer packaged goods, ora relatedindustry.Experienceidentifyingand developing new business opportunities with emerging brands or high-growth customers.Excellent presentation, storytelling, and customer-facing experience. Proficiencywith PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation design tools.Experience analyzing consumer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies and commercial opportunities.Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of fragrance development, consumer insights, innovation, or related commercial marketing processes preferred.Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to support businessobjectives.Experience developing or improving processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and business development initiatives.Compensation and BenefitsThe established salary range for this position is$130,000k-$160,000K.
