• Job Type : Full-time, Part-time or Casual positions available
• Shift : Days, PM or Night shifts available
• Pay Rate : $26.50-$33.00 per hour, dependent on experience
• Shift Differential for PM and Night Shifts
• Eligible for Sign On Bonus

Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
