Shipping Associate

What You’ll Do Safely operate power tools and shipping equipment to pack, crate, blanket wrap, and prepare products for shipment Perform final quality and quantity inspections on outgoing shipments to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and undamaged Label and identify products according to shipping and departmental procedures Package goods for small parcel, common carrier, and other shipment methods while ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete Perform accurate inventory transfers using scan guns and ensure proper product identification and stock issuance procedures are followed Use tape measures and measurements accurately in packaging and shipping preparation processes Complete required shipping paperwork, records, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Support internal teams by ensuring projects are completed efficiently and materials are prepared to quality expectations Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety rules, procedures, and work practices Assist with additional shipping and warehouse responsibilities as business needs require What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or related manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, shipping reports, and related documentation Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, and percentages Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office Ability to safely operate shipping tools, hand tools, power tools, air tools, and packaging equipment Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality Ability to work independently while supporting team goals in a fast‑paced environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching #J-18808-Ljbffr
