You will combine hands-on engineering expertise with program management discipline, translating complex workflows into production-ready AI agents that automate and enhance operations. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple domains, you will drive solutions from discovery through deployment while helping establish the governance, standards, and processes required to scale AI adoption across the organization.You will:- Partner with operations teams to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate business processes into scalable AI agent specifications.- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows using large language models, retrieval systems, and enterprise data sources.- Define evaluation frameworh enterprise standards.- Create reusable templates, documentation, and best practices that enable broader adoption and scalable delivery of AI solutions across multiple business domains.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
