Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role located at Sunrise Ford in Fontana, CA. This role is responsible for structuring vehicle purchase and lease finance contracts, presenting financing and insurance options to customers, and securing approvals through lender partners. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing credit applications, explaining terms and products clearly, preparing accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and dealership policies. The Finance Manager collaborates closely with sales teams to support closing deals, maximizes finance and product revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction, and monitors performance metrics such as penetration rates and lender mix. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of lending programs, manufacturer incentives, and legal requirements related to automotive finance. Qualifications Strong financial acumen, including experience with credit analysis, loan structuring, and understanding of lending guidelines. Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products, dealership operations, and related regulatory and compliance requirements. Proficiency with finance and dealership management software, documentation systems, and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office). Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and respectful manner. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, managing multiple deals and priorities with attention to detail. Prior experience in automotive F&I, finance, banking, or a related field is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is beneficial; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
