What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual appointments and presentations with clients
• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities
• Educate clients about available programs and benefits
• Present options clearly and professionally
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
