Location: We are seeking an experienced Beverage Manager for Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN .

Unit Description:

Help build Nashville's next major entertainment destination! The new Nissan Stadium is a $2.1 billion, state-of-the-art enclosed venue designed for Tennessee Titans games, concerts, major sporting events, and year-round entertainment.

Job Overview:
The Beverage Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of beverage operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, and maintaining operational excellence. This position is responsible for managing the beverage program across multiple event types and service outlets, including banquets, concessions, catering, and premium hospitality spaces.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Manage daily beverage services across various event spaces, including bars and banquet areas.
• Recruit, train, and supervise beverage service staff, including bartenders and servers.
• Monitor and manage beverage costs, including portion control and inventory levels, to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with event planners and other departments to ensure beverage services align with event requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications/Skills :

• 2+ years of experience in food service management or beverage management.
• Experience in a large-scale venue or convention center setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
• May require long hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on event schedules
