What We're Looking For:

1+ year of multifamily property management experience
Bilingual a plus but not required
Strong leadership & customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata a plus)
Positive, solutions-focused attitude

What You'll Do:

Assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations
Support hiring, training, and team development
Help manage financials, delinquency, and occupancy goals
Provide excellent service to residents and prospects
