Seasonal Position (July 19th, 2026- March 31st 2027) - End date subject to change.

Principal (Essential) Duties

1. Perform routine environmental services duties for the overflow shelter program, including:

• Ensure building interior and exterior are clean and orderly, including windows, window sills, and siding
• Clean general areas, including bathrooms (mopping, sweeping, floor buffing, dusting, etc.)
• Distribute supplies used in each department
• Remove trash
• Disinfect walls and other high-traffic, high-use areas

2. Maintain inventory and care for equipment and supplies, notifying supervisor when items need replenished or equipment needs repair

3. Report to supervisor on a daily basis regarding maintenance issues, work completed and status building

Secondary Duties

1. Assist with moving furniture and set-up/tear down for events, meetings, office moves, etc.
2. Participate in staff training and meetings
3. Other duties, as needed

Position Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED. Graduate of EECM or other similar work therapy training program preferred.
2. Prior expierance as a landscaper and environmental services worker.
3. Act 33 and 34 clearances required.
4. Cultural awareness training, expierance working with people of diverse backgrounds, skills and needs.
