Act as the “Go‑To Guide” by answering or directing questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person or by telephone. Assist the administrative team with assigned tasks and ensure phone calls are answered in a timely, professional manner. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills. Positive and energetic attitude. Professional appearance and conduct. Physical ability to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds. Criminal clearance. Good physical and mental health, verified by a health screening conducted by a physician within 6 months prior to or 7 days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening. Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stooping most of the day and retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets.
