Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Maryland SLP license (CCC or strong CFY candidates considered)
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work onsite at multiple locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy for students of varying ages
• Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Document and report on student progress and outcomes
• Participate in team meetings across assigned schools
