This contract-based role is tailored for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs or CFYs) with strong clinical competence and a passion for making a meaningful difference in educational settings. With a full-time schedule and multiple school placements, you’ll experience a diverse and stimulating work environment.

Available assignments include elementary, middle, and high school locations, allowing for a flexible combination of sites to make up your full-time hours. Candidates will start on August 10, 2026, with the contract concluding on June 9, 2027. Assignments are onsite only, ensuring you can fully collaborate with colleagues, students, and families.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License for Maryland
• CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are welcomed
• Experience working within school settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and individual learning needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Provide intervention in individual and small group settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
