** Position Overview **

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. This role focuses on expanding revenue, supporting customer needs, and collaborating across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Maintain and grow sales within an assigned customer base
• Build and strengthen relationships through regular customer visits
• Identify opportunities to expand business with current clients
• Solicit and secure quotations for new parts and product opportunities
• Manage and track sales orders for assigned accounts
• Forecast customer demand to support inventory and production planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer requirements and improve service
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental goals

** Qualifications **

** Education: **

• Associate degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering preferred), or
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

** Experience: **

• 1–3 years of sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience in fasteners, automotive parts, or mechanical product sales preferred (non-retail)
• Background in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sales or large parts distribution strongly preferred

** Compensation **

• Competitive salary based on experience: $55,000 – $70,000 annually
