Bartender (Full-Time)

Job TitleThis is a Tipped Position.ResponsibilitiesCrabs Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Restaurant is open year-round.Must be able to work weekends, holidays, nights.Must work minimum of 50 hours a week to qualify for salary.Hourly is an option.Verify identification and age requirements of customers.Mix traditional and creative cocktails.Process payment from customers.Clean glasses and bar utensils.Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift.Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.Inventory, ordering, control and management of complete bar and liquor.Must keep records of usage every day.Must be able to work at least 45-50 hours per week.Mature, responsible, and be able to pass drug test.Key holder security background check.Responsible for all ordering of beer, wine and liquor.Responsible for picking up liquor at ABC store when promised.Following and maintaining training of all ABC laws for new employees.Training bartenders and servers on beer, wine and liquor knowledge.Call anytime at View phone number on click.appcast.io to schedule an interview or please stop by.
