Guest Service Supervisor

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top‑notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store‑level tasks. You direct others and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties as implemented by management. Provide coaching by giving constructive feedback to help employees perform specific tasks. Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices. Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels. Ensure all housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.). Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes. Handle all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable. Always replenish products to ensure in‑stock conditions. Address inquiries and complaints from guests. Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines. Qualifications Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be efficient and organized. Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the position. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to freely access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area. Must be able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift. Must be able to work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., cooler, outside, etc.).
