This role will coordinate and execute the seven elements of an effective compliance program including: advising and drafting policies and procedures, supporting the Children's compliance officer and managers, developing training and education, monitoring and auditing compliance risks, and investigating and responding to reported compliance violations. This position will report to Compliance Management team. The role will be approximately 80% remote and 20% on-site.License/Certification/Registration required? NoEducation: *Bachelor's degree, required*Master's degree, preferredExperience: *Minimum five years' experience working in a regulatory or compliance role, required.*Familiarity of regulatory/compliance programs and processes, required*Healthcare experience, strongly preferred*Privacy and security program experience, preferred*Milliman or InterQual care guidelines, preferredKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: *Strong written, verbal and listening skills*Strong analytical skills*Project management skills*Ability to research and read regulations*Ability to work with varying levels of leadership *Ability to utilize data to develop dashboards*Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)*Experience with Compliance 360 or similar GRC tools*Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and third-party payer policies and guidelines*Coding and billing principles and guidelines Physical DemandsPlease click here to view the Physical DemandsThe posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard.
