Job Full Description Our Sinking Spring area client is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position! Office Assistant Pay: $17.00/hour *May pay more depending upon experience
Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Sinking Spring, PA Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Handling incoming phone calls and directing as needed
- Adding information into system to guarantee order accuracy
- Sending out invoices to customers and make sure overdue or delinquent accounts are being followed up on
- Paying bills and make sure information is correct in system
- Handle year end financial projections and reporting for management team
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years experience in an office setting, accounting background preferred
- Associate's degree in accounting preferred, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Sage programs
- Client friendly phone demeanor and customer service skills
