Vice President, Head of Digital - CRO

Lead Equinix's enterprise Lead-to-Cash transformation and deliver measurable improvements in speed, simplicity, customer experience, and commercial performance Partner with CRO leadership to redesign the commercial operating model and eliminate customer-lifecycle friction Advise the CRO on business strategy and revenue transformation Improve sales productivity through AI-first workflows, automation, and intelligent decision support Build digital capabilities that accelerate bookings, reduce churn, increase customer lifetime value, and improve commercial efficiency Develop and execute the digital channel strategy Build a partner platform to support growth Embed predictive, generative, and agentic AI across the customer lifecycle Own the vision, strategy, and execution of CRO digital platforms Lead product management, engineering, and delivery teams with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and value realization Drive platform simplification, rationalization, engineering excellence, and delivery velocity Build executive relationships and influence decisions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Lead enterprise-scale organizational change and build a high-performing global leadership team Design innovative solutions using data analytics and customer feedback Drive automation, AI/ML, and analytics use cases for forecasting, targeting, personalization, and revenue predictability Benchmark trends in sales technology, revenue intelligence, and commercial platforms Requirements 15+ years leading large-scale commercial, digital, or business transformation programmes Proven experience partnering directly with Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Commercial Officers, or equivalent executive leaders Demonstrated success leading enterprise Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or commercial transformation initiatives Deep understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, partner ecosystems, and revenue operations Experience using AI to transform business operations, not simply deploying AI technologies Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes Exceptional executive presence, influencing skills, and organizational leadership Bachelor's degree required MBA or equivalent executive education preferred Deep platform and technology experience to build Lead-to-Cash platforms with a product/platform mindset Ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills Ability to inspire behavior change, motivate teams, plan initiatives, designate priorities, and make decisions amid ambiguity Ability to communicate vision and influence across the organization Data-driven, decisive, execution-focused, and results-oriented Product/engineering mindset and experience leading major global transformations across cultures in a matrix-driven organization Experience driving innovation, automation, AI/ML, analytics, and continuous improvement Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading enterprise-scale commercial transformations, particularly in Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash initiatives, while leveraging AI and data analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.
