- $900-$1,200/week starting pay
- Top performers earn $1,500+/week
- 8% commission on service upgrades
- Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- No weekends
- Health and dental insurance

- Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, insects, turf health)
- Manage a daily route
- Maintain equipment and follow safety standards
- Provide professional service to customers
- Paid training
- Pesticide license support
- Company vehicle and equipment provided
- Clear path to leadership, sales, and operations roles
- Reliable and motivated
- Customer-focused
- Valid driver's license (21+) with clean record
- Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
- MA pesticide license (or willingness to obtain)
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
